EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
(2) WCES Teacher (2025-2026 School Year): Applicant must hold proper IL licensure.
WCMS ELA Teacher (2025-2026 School Year): Applicant must hold proper IL licensure.
WCHS Secretary (2025-2026 School Year): High School Diploma or GED and previous secretarial experience preferred. Must possess good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, parents and students with a positive demeanor. Must have the ability to multitask. Basic math and computer skills as well as general office skills are needed.
WCHS Spanish Teacher (2025-2026 School Year): Applicant must hold proper IL licensure.
WCHS Physical Education Teacher: Applicant must hold proper IL licensure.
WCHS Math Teacher: Applicant must hold proper IL licensure.
K-8 Music Teacher: Applicant must hold proper IL licensure.
District Bus/Van Driver: Applicants must be 21 years of age, possess a valid and properly classified driver’s license issued by the Secretary of State or a valid and properly classified license issued to them in their home state. Route pay $92.25
Substitute Teachers: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a regionally accredited institute of higher education and proper IL licensure. The pay is $140 per day.
Substitute Classroom Associates: Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED AND an Associate’s Degree OR 60 hours of college credit OR passed the paraprofessional test. $16.18/hour.
Substitute Cooks: Applicant must be 19 years of age. $15.00/hour
Substitute Custodians: Applicant must be 19 years of age. $15.68/hour
