Last Friday I was able to take two High School and one Junior Livestock Judging teams to JWCC 15th Annual Livestock Judging contest and wanted to share results with you on their performances. The results for the Junior team were as follows:
Individually--Dayne Gittings-3rd place in Sheep and Goats, 3rd in Swine, and 5th in Cattle. Kaylynn Hennenfent was 3rd in Cattle. The Junior team was: 2nd in Sheep and Goats, 1st in Swine, and 1st in Cattle. Individually overall Dayne Gittings was 1st place overall and Dexter Ricketts was 2nd overall. The team was 1st place overall out of 32 teams. Ruby Gittings was 13th overall. The team consisted of Dayne and Ruby Gittings,Dexter Ricketts, and Kaylynn Hennenfent. Great job juniors. Thanks for allowing them the opportunity to represent West Central. They have a bright future and are fun to coach.
