West Central School District #235 Skyward Family Access Online Registration for 2022-2023
West Central School District #235 will be using Skyward Family Access Online Registration for the 2022-2023 School Registration process. Online registration allows parents/guardians to complete the majority of registration forms electronically. Registration online will be available beginning August 2, 2022 at 4 PM and will end on August 15, 2022 at 11:59 PM.
Appointments will need to be made for new students to the district and for families without Internet access. Beginning August 2, parents needing an appointment will need to call their respective school to set up a registration appointment. If you have students in multiple schools, you will be able to call one building to set up an appointment for all students. Times and locations will be designated during your initial call.

The following is needed to participate in the online registration process:

A computer with internet access. Using the Skyward Phone app does not work for all forms during the registration process. You are able to use your phone for registration if you go through our website and use your login through the browser. The preferred browser for this process is Google Chrome.

A Skyward Family Access account. If you do not know your Skyward Parent/Family Access login information, we are asking that you email Connie Sue Torrance at: torrance-connie@wc235.k12.il.us to request your Skyward Parent/Family Access information. Using your child's student access will not give you access to registration, you will need parent access.
Directions for how to complete the online registration are provided below.
1. Login to your Skyward Access Account: Skyward Family/Student Access
2. Click on the tile named: Online Registration
3. Please read the instructions at the beginning of the process.
4. Click on Start.
5. Follow the instructions for each form. When you are finished with a form, click on Complete and Next. If the form is optional, you may click on Skip.
6. If you would like to email anyone with questions, during the process, there is a Contact District box in the top left hand corner. This will give you the option to email Connie Sue Torrance.
7. When you have completed all the forms. Click on Complete and Review.
8. This will bring up all documents to review. If everything looks correct at this point. Click Submit. If not, please go back and make corrections.
9. If you click on Submit, an I Confirm statement will popup and you will need to click to agree.
Fees may be paid through the Fee Payments Tile. Fees may also be paid through the RevTrak link found at the top of the school website.
