Documents to bring for preschool screening:
- Child’s certified birth certificate
- Proof of household income
- Most up-to-date physical
- Proof of dental exam
- Proof of immunization record
Preschool screenings are required for families with a child interested in enrolling at West Central Elementary Preschool for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
Developmental screenings are for all families with children ages birth – 3 who want to learn more about their child’s overall development.
