School News:
*Art club meeting Monday After School anyone interested can stop by or talk to the Art teacher
*Juniors: If you are interested in being a class officer, notify Mr. Holloran and tell him what position you would like to run for by this Wednesday. We will vote on Friday, if it is needed
*A, CNA class is starting on Sept. 4 at Oak Lane in Stronghurst. If you are interested in a career in the medical field this is a great way to get started. See the information on Mrs. Alexander's door for more details
*The Marching Band is adding a flag corps team to the halftime field show. If interested, sign up with Mr. Stewart
*Sophomores will be meeting with Josten’s for class rings information and orders TODAY August 26th.
*Any student who has volunteer hours from the summer is encouraged to turn those in to Mrs. Alexander in order to log them for NHS or Service Club.
*Volunteers are currently needed for a service opportunity on Monday mornings throughout the school year from 7:45-9:15. Please contact Mrs. Alexander immediately if you are able to assist with this child supervision activity
